This will be a ramble through the woods of my mind. This morning I visited my physical therapist and was given a series of wierd activities followed by an ultrasound on my knee and ice packs which are reeeally cold. Think I will bring a blanket next time. The sessions only cost the insurance 152.00 a visit, that is over 300.00 a wk. When the insurance runs out I get to pay. I will be healed by then, I'm sure.
Today I plan to finish the mopboard so we can move in the furniture tomorrow. It will be so nice, then I can clean the porch. Oh my God! the sun just came out. What a lovely sight!
Yes, Shiyh, I was talking about you in the last post. As if you didn't know. I am really sorry for all the people who lost loved ones in the China Earthquake. Those poor parents who lost there only child, which will be many, since one is all you get in China.
How strange not to have a sibling, I had 6. This is always a frustration for my husband. He doesn't like to argue and I think it is part of a conversation. It always was when I was growing up. With 6 sibs you never get total agreement, not to mention my father who loved to get me going.
I'm off to clean whatever's dirty. Have a major glorius day!!

Oh dear.. Ms Rose.. 132 per visit is really expensive, and even more since its in US dollars. Do they use a lot of high tech equipment or what? Looks like your knees are relaly giving you problems so please take care, especially at night if the temperature is lower. My grandma has knee problems now and she's 79. She can't go out on her own. Even if she do she will take an hour or so unlike the short 10 mins when we normal people walk.
Yeap its devastating to see their only child go just cos of natural disasters. Its very terrible and my tears fell when i saw those reports. I think i will donate money soon, to the China embassy here. I will donate around SGD100, equivalent to RMB500. I will donate more if i can.

Well regardless of cost the treatments are helping. My knees weren't bad but just persistently irritating. The therapist thinks I need to strengthen the muscles around my knee because I have cartilage damage. Do you know a good place that would help the earthquake victims? I would like to help.
I see.. glad the treatment has some effects but since you have feeble knees you need to take care of them.
well I think the good way now is to donate, either to the Chinese Embassy in US, or the red cross society. I think the chinese embassy is a much direct way. :)
